Another ready - fire then aim. Get the facts before assuming there was no one to open the door. Fact. Upon arrival, the stewardess could not disengage the emergency slide from the front door. Kudos to jetblue to get a set of mobile stairs as quickly as possible and get everyone off safely even getting assistance from airport police to escort them into the building. This could have happened at any airport to any airline. Dont make this a worcester thing and please, PLEASE, get your facts before concluding that this "happened again".

It’s just a questionable decision that doesn’t have an actual answer. Even though it’s one of the cheaper aircraft to operate as well and one of the most efficient which should result in lower ticket sales, what if Worcester doesn’t see an increase in travel because of it? Who knows how many people actually know about the flights out of Worcester. It’s been mentioned lately that Breeze has a billboard on 290 for flights out of TF Green, and you can easily see it. Why? Remember how bad traffic gets between 3 and 7 going towards Downtown Worcester from Lincoln Plaza and Shrewsbury. You have to go slow and that billboard is right there for everyone to see it.
Delta is one airline too that loves the A220-100 as well on flights where their own crew operates the flight and not republic airways or any of them. They’ve had a lot of success with it and a lot of people who have been on it have had very positive experiences with it as well. The real question remains why didn’t JetBlue order any of those when delta has had great success with them?
On an unrelated note, I'll take Worcester traffic over the Boston traffic any day.
This time of year is the perfect time to promote the airport because people traveling in the summer are booking flights and soon people that travel on Thanksgiving and Christmas will look as well. All you need is around 100 more people to book flights from ORH and revenue for the airlines will increase, passengers using the airport will increase, flight loads will increase, and a lot more benefits. 100 people a day seems low, but that’s 36,500 people. I guarantee you also there would be people that live closer to Boston than Worcester that would use Worcester airport if they heard that parking was free till the end of June and then only $42 a week once that ends as well as have 3 flights to JFK a day and a flight to LGA 6 days a week, all using 3 of the top airlines in the United States. That alone would bring so many business travelers to the area. Massport really has no idea what potential this airport really has if they market it correctly and what they could be bringing in with enough promoting of it.
Maybe I'll give Breeze a try out of Providence.....
