It’s people like you that were against the Centrum and Hanover Theater. Seriously, give it up. This project will transform the entire area for the better.

Funny, but we were in Junior High when the Centrum was built and were not against the Hanover. In fact we are not "against" Polar Park.

We do, however, question things like the initial Pro Forma numbers and maintained this project would be "revenue neutral" to the taxpayers. If Phase I is developed by April 2021, this could become a huge burden to the taxpayers.

Look no further then to the taxpayers Hartford.

Looks like are concerns were justified??

You are not against Polar Park? Hard to believe. You obsessively blog negative things about the project. I use the Centrum as an example. There was a large anti-Centrum crowd back at that time. You fall in to that category.

Not against Polar Park. Question the business plan/Pro Forma from Day One.. Do us one favor point out one "negative" blog that has not been factually correct?

How am I supposed to show you’ve said anything inaccurate? All you do is ask questions, which is fine. We all want a accountability. But the knee jerk negativity about the project is tiresome.
