As far as we can tell, they are still owned by the WRA and the 62 Washington Street is the Left Field Building site.
In other words Madison does not have title to the site yet???? No real estate taxes at all are being paid nor will any when the WooSox use this as a fan deck. Must be great to run a for profit business in Worcester, but not have to pay real estate taxes.
Even if they do take title and are forced to pay real estate taxes in FY 2024, it will only be on an empty lot!!
