Left Field Building Site To Be Used By WooSox

Remember this Left Building was suppose to be a key development project.   Do we get any real estate taxes on this site?

Bill, according to the full article in this week’s print edition of the Worcester Business Journal, “the building has been approved for a $3-million tax break, and Madison must start making property tax payments on the property in 2024, regardless of whether the building is constructed.”
