Denholms RFP

Watched recent WRA meeting.  

The Denholms RFP was discussed, with a February 17th deadline.   

But now the deadline is being extended one month.   This means one of two things:

• there is a ton of interest and we need another month to answer questions, etc.
• there is no interest at all and they hope this changes by extending the deadline

We do not know the answer, but time will tell.
