If you look at the assessor maps, the property is still in name of the WRA, not Madison. In other words no property taxes???

The property ownership, maps and taxes are a mess. If you go to the property records section of the City's website and look up 50 Washington St, another piece of the office site, the CML option shows no taxes for 21, about $280,000 in taxes for 22 (which have not been paid) and no taxes for 23. It looks totally messed up and the City continues to say it will pay for itself. I still don't know how!
