Bond Amortization Schedules

In the past we have seen estimated bond amortization schedules.   Now that all the bonds have been issued, we are asking for the actual bond amortization schedules on all the ballpark bonds.

As soon as we get them we will post here.

Spirit dropped out of talks with Frontier and JetBlue will be purchasing the airline. This should come as a loss for ORH since now expanding at ORH seems a lot less likely (Spirit and Frontier merging would’ve been talked about to expand at ORH if you remember).

Let’s address the Spirit / JetBlue deal. We can still gain a route or two from this. 1. Orlando- of course, 2. San Juan - the next most obvious, 3. Myrtle Beach - at least seasonally, 4. Las Vegas - now possible

There's probably 4 or 5 destinations that should be added before they considered Las Vegas: Orlando, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Myrtle Beach, Miami, and/or San Juan. It's known for a fact that the Florida destinations and Myrtle Beach have historically done well out of ORH. When Direct Air flew out of ORH the planes were always full or nearly full. Delta to Atlanta would also be successful provided the flight times were better than the lousy time we have with the LaGuardia flight.

Boston.com is reporting that Lowell is selling their ball park to UMass Building Authority for $1million and they are going to invest $3million to upgrade the facility. We should sell them Polar Park but they are stupid enough to buy it.

I hope you get these schedules quicker than Ray Mariano got his information from the City but I doubt it.

As long as public universities continue to be led as a payout reward by former politicians, then yes, they are stupid enough to buy the ballpark.

Not the Med a school, it’s led by an actual doctor at least.

Politicians Hmmm. Let's sell it to Dean College.
