This has to be the closest I have seen to the City saying we made a mistake since I have been in the City. Ms. Lynch should be commended for that.

Augustus should have called Lynch before he said the ball park development will pay for the ball park never mind make millions!

Interesting to read in the BG that in order to afford to live in Greater Boston you need to make $181,000 per year.

This is why developers have been building market housing in Worcester for the last ten years. Boston has become too expensive for the majority of people to afford and Worcester is a great alternative. What would be interesting to see would be the median income from the last census to the current census for Worcester residents.

The Worcester housing expansion will continue, and not because of Polar Park. I hope the City and School Department are ahead of this because it most certainly will equate to more pupils in our classrooms.

Heard back from the City's Economic Development Office. The proposed 2nd hotel across from Union Station is still a go, but construction won't start until 2023.
