This isn’t good for jetblue at worcester. Yesterday both flights from FLL and the evening JFK flight got cancelled. This morning’s flights were cancelled, the mid day turn is cancelled, and the Fort Lauderdale flight coming back today is already cancelled. Only flight possibly happening is the evening JFK flight. The American flight was pretty busy yesterday primarily because JetBlue’s mid day turn was also cancelled, then they decided to have the flight 5 hours late and didn’t arrive till 6. These delays are the reason why JetBlue was ranked the worst airline in the country for on time performance (yes even worse than spirit and frontier) and I’m not sure if it’s because of an issue with the E190s but there needs to be a quick fix ASAP. Yesterday Fort Lauderdale flight was because of downpours in Florida (which is understandable) but the rest of the flights being cancelled don’t make sense.

Lets not make this a Worcester problem or an E190 issue either. Did you see the news this morning? WCVB reported jetblue had 30 cancelations at Logan yesterday, and 20 so far this morning. Digging a little deeper (which I wish some commenters would do before lobbing grenades), they had a total of 161 (15%) cancelations yesterday. Buckle your seat belts, so far today..... 272, 31 in Boston. And lets not blame jetblue either. The whole industry has more potholes than the streets of Worcester. WCVB reported that Alaska stranded 15,000 passengers because of labor issues and over 1000 Southwest flights were delayed or cancelled due to computer problems 520 (14%) cancelled. Oh, by the way yesterday , AA cancelled 12% 350. The only shining light appears to be Delta with "only" 238 (8%) cancelled. So, if you dont think this doesnt look good for Worcester, good luck getting on an airplane anywhere right now!

The difference is people aren't going to stop using Logan because of the flight cancellations. Lol

The E190s and JetBlue have a history of being delayed or cancelled. Pre Covid look at all the problems the morning flight to JFK had. Use to be rants here all the time about the delays. Whether or not there’s an issue within the industry for all airlines, JetBlue has had a bad history with flights out of worcester. It’s improved since pre Covid but still it’s an issue. There’s actually been an E190
Sitting up at the airport since yesterday afternoon. Supposedly it’s going to take the FLL flight tomorrow
