Never heard back from the city manager's office about the email I sent them concerning the new hotel proposed for Washington Sq. They're usually very responsive so I'm guessing they have no clue either.

How do you get the items listed in the first item. I would like to read the lease agreement and the tax agreement. I think there may be a typo because I looked up the plan listed (960-60) and it looks like this is for property in Westboro. Also, what is the $2 million dollars for. I read a few weeks back that the WooSox plan on putting in another scoreboard. Is this is what this is for because the agenda says nothing.
