Parking Garage

We are just thinking.   

  • Remember this project was sold as being revenue neutral with the main developed being Madison who had 5 development projects that would generate all sorts of additional taxes in this DIF zone to pay the bonds.
  • We would building them a a parking garage to park all of these cars from Polar Park and these 5 development projects.  
  • As of now none of these development projects are done.
  • The first residential will done mid 2023, versus April of 2021.
  • Do they still get the garage leased to them with no real estate taxes being paid???
