I just looked at the link and agenda item #3 on a change order for the garage is interesting. What is the final cost of the garage AND when will it be open. The City missed the baseball season and missed the next event its opening was announced for, the Holy Cross football game.
In one of your posts a commenter stated the garage was located on the wrong parcel. I frequently drive thru Kelly Square and the commenter is correct. If they moved it closer to Kelly Square instead of way in back by Wyman Gordon it could have at least supported the south end of the Canal District as Union Station could support the north end of the Canal District, if people were willing to walk. Again, awful planning by the City.

I went to the agenda thru the link because I wanted to read about the change order to see if it was a supply chain or an inflation issue and there is no information. Why is that?

City Council agenda has attachments so you can read them.
WRA never has attachments with their agenda???

I went and finally found how to look up a City Council agenda, which was not easy to do, and I see what you are saying about the attachments. If a taxpayer wants to understand a topic there is at least information attached that we can read. Someone should suggest the Worcester Redevelopment Authority use the same process. When I was looking at multiple agendas I saw that the City Council already accepted the transfer of Polar Park at their December 14 meeting. Although there is an attachment it did not go into any specifics but at least there is an attachment which shows what is being discussed.
