Polar Park Market

Now we have a market that competes against other markets that pay property taxes?   Does this seem fair to you????

I think this market is just selling team merchandise. I don't think any other business in the Canal District can do that. Any clothing items sold with the logo are like free advertising. So they're making money from the merchandise and getting free PR.

Does this automation,as novel and convenient as it may be,replace a chance at employment for a student being a cashier at the WooSox market?

The market also sells sandwiches and other food and beverages. Not just team merch

They keep saying that they wan't the Canal District to thrive, but their actions speak louder than words. It should have been worked out in the deal that this particular use is not allowed. The residents of the new apartments across the street (when they ever get built) are going to use this market to get odds and ends.

I apologize for what some may find as a stupid question but is "They" and "their" in reference to the WooSox or the City.

Referring to the Woosox.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think this market is only for ballpark patrons and would only be open during baseball games and other Polar Park events.
