JetBlue/American will add another Florida destination or two. 2022 American is upgrading the aircraft for worcester and adding a 3rd flight to JFK and getting rid of Philadelphia. Another Florida destination will definitely be successful and hopefully American is the one that gets it. Yes jet blue is nice but American is still having free bags (1 personal, 1 carry on) and jet blue is charging extra. Flights are still very good price wise for Florida directly and NYC if you have to connect. $86 for worcester to Florida with a stop in NYC and $99 for a direct flight in January from ORH to Fort Lauderdale.. Plus, delta knows the competition here and when you look at flights for worcester, delta is trying to be as close as possible price wise as the other two.
