Makes you wonder if the lawsuit the City of Pawtucket has against the Red Sox may have some merit

Was the City a bad landlord or were the PawSox a bad tenant, we will find out. I hope this situation does not happen here. We put too much money into the park. It costed more than building a new school.

Worse disrepair- McCoy Stadium? Or Worcester’s financial outlook , without a miracle to cover the bad deal?
