If Washington is the swamp would Worcester be a puddle. They both need to be drained because of things like this.

Once again the City does things backwards. Make a suggestion to conduct a search then vote not to renew the contract. How about a fresh start and a new set of eyes beginning with the City Council and School Committee then start working your way down from there.
