All of these events (including many proms) were being held at the convention center. Since the City owns both the convention center and the ballpark I don't see any lost revenue on the City's end.
There is a huge difference between the Convention Center and Polar park. The Convention we have a management company that runs the facility and hopefully at the end of the year we earn some money from all the events that tke place at the DCU.
In the case of Polar Park we have leased out the facility for an annual lease payment. There is a huge difference between the two.
I want to say nothing, but then you would not be calling it to our attention. If I guess correctly do I get WooSox tickets?

When are you going to post the cost?

Why exactly would we have to pay to hold a Worcester High School graduation in a facility which we own and paid $175 million to construct? I realize that it is leased to the WooSox but I ask once again, why exactly would we have to pay to hold a Worcester High School graduation in a facility which we own and paid $175 million to construct.
