2) 201,000-square-foot biotech facility with lab
3) 13 Story Tower on Green Street
- 318 "dwelling units,"
- around 29,000 square-feet of retail or food service space
- 152-space parking garage
4) 6 story 80 "affordable" housing units (36 million)
