The question is when will they be completed and on the tax rolls?

 

 

 

 

1)  Just take a look at what Phase 1 was suppose to bring to the neighborhood:

  • Consists of $90 Million and approximately:  
  • 450,000 square feet of development:  
  • $40M - 2 hotels; approximately 250 rooms in total 
  •  $40M – residential; 250 market rate apartments  
  • $10M - ~65k SF of retail


2)    201,000-square-foot biotech facility with lab

 

3)    13 Story Tower on Green  Street

  • 318 "dwelling units," 
  • around 29,000 square-feet of retail or food service space
  • 152-space parking garage

 

4)    6 story 80 "affordable" housing units   (36 million)
