 versus the missing Pro Forma today???

How in the world did the City not see that the introduction of the number of cars arising from the ballpark into this area would not be disruptive to an area already under pressure with the introduction of the marijuana facility. They most certainly planned for this project with blinders on. They are also possibly going to loss some of their biggest supporters of the project, businesses and residents of the Canal District.
