The garage is already underway & the 1st mixed use building will have its groundbreaking before opening day of the WooSox in May!

Parking garage is public financed and we do not believe will pay any real estate taxes. We are referring to private development in this post.

As mentioned, Madison’s 1st mixed use building will have a groundbreaking before the home opener of the WooSox.

And IIRC, the garage is being built with public funds and once completed it will be leased to Madison.
