I thought the Field of Schemes blog had the cost over 200 million?
In thi post we are just referring to the stadium costs, not including other infrastructure costs.

A summary of this project from your posts , the City is responsible for any additional cost over runs for the construction of the stadium which is being built on land it does not own. Not off to a good start.
