Since we are unable to call at 9AM. We have submitted these questions:
1) 1) In the Letter of Understanding, The WRS were to make a $6,000,000 cash contribution. The first $3,000,000 in December of 2019 and the second $3,000,000 in December, 2020. Have the payments been made? If not, when will they?
2) 2) Has the LDA been completed with Madison yet?
3) 3) Item 1 in today’s agenda list contract value of 134,779,035, but litem 2 has a change order 2,892,286. Should not the guaranteed maximum be the total of these two numbers?
