Outstanding items taxpayers need concerning Polar Park:

 

1. Completed lease with the PawSox
2. $6,000,000 from the PawSox
3. Updated Pro-Forma (been months)
4. Updated report from the Auditor (been months)
5. Copy of the LDA that the WRA boarded authorized Vincent Pedone to complete
6. Latest updated on cost overruns 
7. How much did Polar Park pay for naming rights/
   

 

We almost forgot about the LDA.  Remember the board, without seeing the final  LDA with Madison , approved it telling Mr Pedone to finish it.  Anyone see that yet???
