Proforma Update


Remember the initial proforma??

The numbers looked good back then and were based on:


  • $100,000,000 stadium
  • $250,000 income from leased parking garage
  • $1,312,000  lease from payment
  • taxes on $91,000,000 of Phase I completed development
  • hotel/ meals taxes


The new proforma has to be based on:

  •  $132,000,000 million stadium, which may be higher
  •  no taxes  from Phase I development 
  •  no parking garage lease
  • we hope $1,312,000 million from PawSox
  • no hotel/meals taxes


 You are going to have to be very creative to make the new proforma look good?
