Remember the initial proforma??
The numbers looked good back then and were based on:
- $100,000,000 stadium
- $250,000 income from leased parking garage
- $1,312,000 lease from payment
- taxes on $91,000,000 of Phase I completed development
- hotel/ meals taxes
The new proforma has to be based on:
- $132,000,000 million stadium, which may be higher
- no taxes from Phase I development
- no parking garage lease
- we hope $1,312,000 million from PawSox
- no hotel/meals taxes
You are going to have to be very creative to make the new proforma look good?
