Do We Really Own The Land?? Escrow Deed!!!

THE ANSWER IS NO

 

 

Until the LFB (Left Field Building) site is conveyed to Madison, then and only then will we truly own the land (WG North).      That will not happen until a LDDA is agreed upon and signed. 

 

If the City and Madison can not come to an agreement, Madison can "unilaterally" record a deed transferring the ballpark land back to themselves!!!

 

So we must ask:

 

1) what is the status of the LDDA?

 

2) an LDDA that the WRA board has already approved without reading it?? 

 

3) can the taxpayers see it????
