Why Was Parking Garage Delayed???

 

 

Lets assume you had a project that:

1.   Initially came in at $101,000,000
2.   This past Janaury, you had a $31,000.000 cost overrun
3.   Now on September 22nd you have to announce another overrun

We say it will be around $15,000,000.....

 

Question

 Why would you not build a 500 parking garage with money that was given to you by the Commonwealth???   Believe the amount given was $23,000,000

 

Answer

You can not build it for $23,000,000 and the last thing you need right now is another overrun.
