How Can City Council Vote On This TIF??

 

 

Two things they need:

 

1. New Private Development Agreement (PDA).   Hopefully it is binding
2. Updated Proforma  

 

Otherwise, how do you vote on a TIF , if you do not know a) the details of the underlying project and b)    what the numbers look like???
