1. No private developer agreements have been signed
2. No lease signed with PawSox
3. We do not own the land that the stadium is being built on
4. PawSox first $3,000,000 installment due last December, 2019 has not been paid

 

Obviously COVID has been a huge problem, but COVID did not start until March of 2020. 

 

 

 All 4 of these things should have been done before COVID
