WRA Financials 7/13/2020: PawSox Have Not Paid First $3,000,000 Payment

None of the sources are the Pawtucket Red Sox

In fact the only time you see the Pawtucket Red Sox is them receiving money:
Infrastructure Plan:   20,000
Bond Insurance Costs:   54,098.70

According to the agreement, page 44
They were suppose to have paid $3,000,000 by last December (2019)?
Another $3,000,000 by this December (2020).
We would think at least the first $3,000,000 should be in these financials, if if fact the moneis were paid??
