We should put off opening day until 2022 so we have a good Opening Day????
We could not agree, however, more with the closing statement!!!
This is not the time to rush things; now is the time to figure out the best way to move forward, intelligently.
But maybe it is $130,000,000 too late???
We already rushed in:
- We do not own the land where the park is being built
- We have no lease with the team
- We have not private development agreements with the developer
