Not sure what this means other then the the original plans did not originally fit into the land??? Is that what Skanska means when they say the geometry did not match???
Not sure about you, but "we remain optimistic it is resolved"???
In other words we made changes to make sure the plans fit into the land and we think it is going to work??? What else could it mean???
