We break it into 3 parts:
Down-payment
$3,000,000 by December of 2019
$3,000,000 by December of 2020
Lease
Starting at approximately $100,000 per month in April of 2021
Cost Overruns
Picked up $10,000,000
As far as we can tell they have not paid anything to date...
