Future Cost Over Runs Resposibility Belongs to PawSox

1) If you have never signed a formal lease with proposed tenant?

2)  Your bargaining power to make them absorb cost over runs may be somewhat limited???





 
Although we do not foresee another $30 million dollar overrun, we can see at least $10 miliion very easily.
