Whenever we see tweets like this we want to be excited.  It is hard, however, when the land that is being worked on is not owned by the City of Worcester.    To top it off the 90 million dollars or Private Phase 1 investements that need to be completed by April 1st, 2021, to pay for this project, has no private development agreeements with deadlines and penalties.

Here is how we see this going.  

By April 1, 2021:

1. The Stadium will be done on time
2. May be $10,000,000 over budget
3. We do not see any of the $90,000,000 of private phase 1 developments to be completed at this time.
