Amazon's Prime Air, Sun Country and Worcester Airport

1. Amazon in June added 15 Boeing 737s to its cargo arm as the e-commerce giant brings more logistics in house.
2. Sun Country, owned by private equity firm Apollo, will fly 10 of the dedicated cargo planes, starting in the second quarter.
3. Amazon Air, the company’s dedicated air service, contracts other airlines to fly the jetliners.

In other words Amazon is making good on its promise to expand Amazon Air!!!   Wonder why FedEx stock is down??   When Amazon said FedEx would not longer provide express shipping the stock has dropped and is in trouble.

Point here is Worcester should be in discussions with Amazon asa freight hub for Prime Air.
