474 days now until the park is open on April 1st, 2021.   We need to get 90 million of private development done in the next 474 for this project to pay for itself as outlined in the city council packet.

We know people will say we are being negative, but all we are saying is that we need to own 1) own the land that the park in being built on and 2) we need a private developer agreement with deadlines and penalties to protect the taxpayers of Worcester.

If we had these two things, it would make a huge difference!!!   We do not want to have the same problems Hartford is having with the private development around their ballpark.
