Although it seems to be no concern to anyone else, we are still very concerned that the Land Disposition and Private Development Agreement has not been completed. April 1st, 2021 is only 19 months away.
We need to get an awful over 19 months. Not only the stadium but Phase 1:
- Consists of $90 Million and approximately:
- 450,000 square feet of development:
- $40M - 2 hotels; approximately 250 rooms in total
- $40M – residential; 250 market rate apartments
- $10M - ~65k SF of retail
Now consider these 19 month include two winter seasons. We hope all of this gets done and the the Renaissance explodes, but right now 19 months away from completion we do not have an approved Land Disposition and Development Agreement.
We may be the only ones, but we find this very worriesome.
