- We see nothing here that says the land for the park will be conveyed for FREE.
- On line we are getting alot of comments, note below, that it is a done deal that Madison will give the land for no cost.
- Hope that is true.
- As of today Madison Washington Holdings LLC still owns the land where the ballpark will be built.
- Why has it not transferred yet?
In exchange for the TIFs the city is giving Madison Properties for its private development, Madison agreed to give the city the land for the ballpark on the north side of Madison St at no cost.— Nick Kotsopoulos (@NCKotsopoulos) August 21, 2019
