Santander Building Downtown






Received a note in the mail the other day that Knight Dik Insurance has moved their offices to Mercantile Center at 120 Front Street.   Add them to the list with the Chamber of Commerce and Kelleher and Sadowsky as tenants who have left this building...  

It is our understanding that Santander, who has the lease to the entire building, has no intention of renewing the lease when it ends next year so we will only see more tenants leaving this building. 

Highly doubt the owner will be looking to keep this as office space.   Very interesting to see what will happen to this building going forward.  Our bet is that these will become residents with some commercial on bottom floors.  

First floor would be perfect spot for a Planet Fitness..
